Guacamole Dip



Ingredients

4 Small Avocados or 2 Big Avocados
3 Medium Tomatoes (Chopped)
2 Green Mild Chili (Chopped)
1 Small Red Onion (Chopped)
1 Big Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
Juice of 2 Limes
Fresh Ground Pepper
Salt
3 Tbs Extra Virign Olive Oil

Serve with Bite Size Tortlla Chips

Method

1. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and mash the avocado.
2. Combine all the ingredients above, and put in a bowl and garnish with pomegranate arils.

Enjoy!!
